American Freedom Consulting LLC was founded in 2024 by James Espinoza and became an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) with the RBLP. Our team at American Freedom Consulting LLC: Resilience-Building Leader Program is made up of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds. Every instructor is certified RBLP-Trainer. ATPs are RBLP-C and RBLP-T certified and must complete an approved leader training course prior to sitting for their exam. RBLP-C is the leader certification for managers and people seeking a management position. RBLP-T is the leader certification for senior managers and people seeking a senior management position.
